Manage your subscription

Chow subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel or change your plan from your iPhone rather than from us.

Cancel in iPhone Settings

Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Chow. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. If something looks wrong with your billing, email [email protected] and we’ll help you sort it out.
